During this retreat, you will learn to perform Agnihotra homa during sunrise and sunset every day. It is a simple healing fire from the ancient science of Ayurveda. The process of purifying the atmosphere through a specially prepared fire and it has been proven to reduces stress, improve overall health, and make the mind full of love.You will be staying at Carnoustie Himalayan Ecoresort. The domes and cottages are well insulated to ensure a warm and cozy atmosphere inside despite cold temperatures. The domes and cottages open into the vast green nature. A stream of the Giri river runs through the resort and will be steps away from your room. The continuous sound of the stream is soothing and relaxing to the mind.Those who are willing to stay one more day will be taken to Barog railway station on the way back. Barog station lies on UNESCO World Heritage Site,Kalka–Shimla Railway line. Barog station was built between 1900 and 1903 by Colonel Barog, a British railway engineer. After a short stay at Barog station the participants of the program can enjoy a free ride in a toy train till kalka.
